2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a successful return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.
- Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and free of any odors (smoke, perfume) or pet hair.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.

3. Refund Execution
Once your return is received at our facility and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:
