At Ladymodestore, we strive to process and fulfill our self-manufactured apparel orders as quickly as possible. Because our 1-day handling process is highly automated, the window for canceling or changing an order is limited.

2. How to Cancel Your Order
If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, please act immediately. Once an order is sent to our production and fulfillment queue, it can no longer be halted.
- Immediate Action: Email support@ladymodestore.shop with the subject line: "URGENT: CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]".
- Post-Processing: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, please wait for delivery and refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a standard 30-day return.
Modification Restrictions
We cannot add items to an existing order. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new order. For changes to shipping addresses or garment variants (size/color), these must be requested before the order status moves to "Shipped."
3. Late Cancellations
If the order has already left our facility (Transit Phase), you are responsible for the items. You may return the items for a full refund (as per our policy) once they are delivered, but original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable for late cancellations.
